We want your experience onboard our Mobile Clinic, Pearl to be something that leaves you feeling calm, confident, and assured. We understand, however, that right now, that might not describe how you are feeling. So to relieve some of your anxiety, we want to outline to you what to expect when you come for your appointment onboard Pearl.

During your consult with the nurse, she will go over your ultrasound eligibility. Call the center for more questions.
All of our services are confidential and private. Just like any medical office, when you arrive you will be given a copy of our notice of privacy practices as outlined by federal law. We will hold in strict confidence all information provided, except as is required by law.
We do accept walk-ins. Appointments are preferred. Please call 863-683-2341 to schedule.
No. There is no age requirement to receive services at A Woman’s Choice.
We ask that you bring a photo ID with you to your appointment to help protect your confidentiality.

Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend, boyfriend, parent, or relative for support. Due to limited space onboard the mobile clinic, we do not recommend more than one person to join you. There are services available for men onboard the Mobile Clinic.
It is best if you are able to attend your appointment without any distractions. However, if you are unable to make arrangements for your children during your appointment, we don’t want you to miss the opportunity to serve you. Please call 863-683-2341 and schedule an appointment at our main clinic location.
A Woman’s Choice does not give out contraceptives. However, we do have valuable information about how they function and their effectiveness.
If circumstances come up that require you to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please call in advance to let us know and to make a new appointment.
Yes, we are a faith-based organization. However, we serve all women coming from all different faith backgrounds. You will receive the same compassionate care regardless of your faith.
