We realize that might not be what you are feeling right now, and want to help relieve any anxiety about your upcoming appointment. Here’s what to expect at your visit: We want your experience onboard our Mobile Clinic, Pearl to be something that leaves you feeling calm, confident, and assured. We understand, however, that right now, that might not describe how you are feeling. So to relieve some of your anxiety, we want to outline to you what to expect when you come for your appointment onboard Pearl.

- Walk-ins are also welcome.
- Be sure to bring a Photo ID.

FAQ about the Mobile Clinic, Pearl
Will I get an ultrasound?
During your consult with the nurse, she will go over your ultrasound eligibility. She may schedule you for a separate ultrasound appointment.
Will my visit be confidential?
All of our services are confidential and private. We will hold in strict confidence all information provided, except as is required by law.
Do I have to make an appointment?
We do accept walk-ins. Appointments are preferred. Please call 863-683-2341 to schedule.
Do I have to be 18 years old or older to have a pregnancy test?
No. There is no age requirement to receive services at A Woman’s Choice.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
We ask that you bring a photo ID with you to your appointment to help protect your privacy.
What is the cost of services?
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend, boyfriend, parent, or relative for support. Due to limited space onboard the mobile clinic, we do not recommend more than one person to join you. There are services available for men onboard the Mobile Clinic.
Can I bring children with me to my appointment?
It is best if you can attend your appointment without any distractions. If you plan to bring your children, an appointment at our main clinic location may be best due to the limited space onboard Pearl. Please call 863-683-2341 so we can best meet your needs. However, if you are unable to make arrangements for your children during your appointment, we don’t want you to miss the opportunity to serve you. Can I get birth control or emergency contraception?
A Woman’s Choice does not give out contraceptives. However, the nurse can provide valuable information about their functions and effectiveness.
What if I need to reschedule an appointment?
We appreciate you calling in advance so we can find an appointment that works best for you! If circumstances come up that require you to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please call in advance to let us know and to make a new appointment.
