Pregnancy Testing
We offer lab-quality urine pregnancy tests to confirm your pregnancy. Whether your test is positive or negative, or whether your pregnancy is planned or unplanned, we are here to help you.
Ultrasounds
If you are pregnant and considering an abortion, you’ll need an ultrasound to confirm exactly how far along you are. Our team of nurses will meet with you at your first appointment to discuss our ultrasound services.
STD/STI Testing
We offer free STI screening to women seeking abortions to protect against infection spreading and additional complications from medical procedures.
Partner Support
We have free and confidential coaching sessions available to the father of the baby. Male coaches can meet with men to listen, offer advice, and talk through issues surrounding a pregnancy.

A Woman’s Choice is a free community resource clinic and we do not give out contraceptives or prescriptions of any kind. However, our nurses can provide valuable information about how they function and their effectiveness.
